NES Company Inc. is proud to offer our NTS Series two stage 65-4200 CFM port plate liquid ring vacuum pumps. These pumps are designed as drop-in replacements of Flowserve SIHI LPH two-stage vacuum pumps with a low maintenance, simple and reliable design capable of handling a variety of gasses over a wide range of suction pressures. All NES NTS two-stage port-plate liquid ring vacuum pumps are factory performance tested and have a two-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
We have directly interchangeable parts with the Flowserve SIHI LPH.

Drop-Through Rotary Airlock Valves
NES Drop-Through Rotary Airlock Valves ensure precise material flow in pneumatic conveying and metering applications. Featuring a drop-through design, they allow gravity-assisted discharge while maintaining system pressure and preventing air loss. Available in cast iron or stainless steel (304/316) with 6” to 18” [150 mm to 450 mm] bore sizes, they support up to 15 psi differential pressure and 482°F [250°C] operating conditions, making them ideal for food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, and bulk material handling industries.

Blow-Through Rotary Airlock Valves
NES Blow-Through Rotary Airlock Valves boost pneumatic conveying efficiency with an integrated air-assist that improves discharge and flow consistency. Available in cast iron or stainless steel, these valves suit demanding environments across food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries. Bore sizes range from 6” to 18” [150 mm to 450 mm], with six to ten-vane rotors for control.
These robust valves handle up to 15 psi differential pressure and 482°F [250°C], making them ideal for high-flow material handling systems. -

Select models are bolt-in replacements for Graham PEPVAC (1PV/2PV), Edwards SHR, and Busch LB series vacuum pumps, providing smooth transition replacements and decreased downtime. Standard construction is cast iron with optional Stainless Steel construction. These rugged two-stage pumps range from 400–2,900 CFM, delivering consistent performance across a wide vacuum range. Our NCC cast iron close-coupled vacuum pumps are the economical choice for small single stage close-coupled liquid ring vacuum pumps. These models are designed as drop-in replacements for Siemens 2BV series, Tuthill A series, and Dekker DV B-K series from 2-25 HP. Standard construction is cast iron with the Stainless Steel 304 impeller and Viton elastomer mechanical seal. These rugged pumps range from 18-350 CFM and span across a wide selection of vacuum levels for long-lasting and accurate service. NES NCC vacuum pumps are performance tested and include a 1-year warranty.

Our high efficiency close-coupled liquid ring NHF Series vacuum pumps are an excellent choice, producing up to 40% more capacity per horsepower. These new premium 50-120 CFM vacuum pumps are coupled to high efficiency 3-7.5 HP IEC frame motors and have been designed from the ground-up to be interchangeable with Nash classic AHF and MHF series pumps. NES NHF series vacuum pumps are factory tested and include a 1-year warranty.
