NES Blow-Through Rotary Airlock Valves boost pneumatic conveying efficiency with an integrated air-assist that improves discharge and flow consistency. Available in cast iron or stainless steel, these valves suit demanding environments across food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries. Bore sizes range from 6” to 18” [150 mm to 450 mm], with six to ten-vane rotors for control.
These robust valves handle up to 15 psi differential pressure and 482°F [250°C], making them ideal for high-flow material handling systems. -
