  NES Drop-Through Rotary Airlock Valves ensure precise material flow in pneumatic conveying and metering applications. Featuring a drop-through design, they allow gravity-assisted discharge while maintaining system pressure and preventing air loss. Available in cast iron or stainless steel (304/316) with 6” to 18” [150 mm to 450 mm] bore sizes, they support up to 15 psi differential pressure and 482°F [250°C] operating conditions, making them ideal for food, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, and bulk material handling industries.

  Steel & Cast Iron Condensate Units

  Our NES steel and cast iron condensate vacuum pump units are low entry cost and are built with our standard high quality bronze centrifugal pumps. Our 60,000 EDR condensate vacuum units are assembled using industry standard electric motors making our systems the best long term value in the industry. This allows our customers to easily make repairs using standard off the shelf components. The result is significant cost savings over the life of the unit. Each unit consists of a receiver tank coupled to one (simplex systems) or two (duplex systems) liquid condensate pumps.
