Our NCC cast iron close-coupled vacuum pumps are the economical choice for small single stage close-coupled liquid ring vacuum pumps. These models are designed as drop-in aftermarket replacements for Siemens* 2BV* series, Tuthill* A* series, and Dekker* DV* B-K* series from 2-25 HP. Standard construction is cast iron with the Stainless Steel 304 impeller and Viton elastomer mechanical seal. These rugged pumps range from 18-350 CFM and span across a wide selection of vacuum levels for long-lasting and accurate service. NES NCC vacuum pumps are performance tested and include a 1-year warranty.
We have directly interchangeable aftermarket parts with the Siemens* 2BV.

Our high efficiency close-coupled liquid ring NHF Series vacuum pumps are an excellent choice, producing up to 40% more capacity per horsepower. These new premium 50-120 CFM vacuum pumps are coupled to high efficiency 3-7.5 HP IEC frame motors and have been designed from the ground-up to be interchangeable aftermarket with Nash* classic* AHF* and MHF* series pumps. NES NHF series vacuum pumps are factory tested and include a 1-year warranty.

NRB Series – Roots-Type Blowers
NES Company Inc. NRB Series Roots-type blowers are perfect for roughing and removal of condensable process gasses. These three-lobe design single units can reach a pressure of 1034 mbarg and vacuum of 339 mbar with the ability for both compressive and vacuum effects. NES NRB Series blowers boast a high rotation speed, lowering the temperature of the process gas and extending the life of the blower’s components. The NRB Series is available from 220 to 9300 CFM and 4 to 400 HP.
