    Our NCC cast iron close-coupled vacuum pumps are the economical choice for small single stage close-coupled liquid ring vacuum pumps. These models are designed as drop-in replacements for Siemens 2BV series, Tuthill A series, and Dekker DV B-K series from 2-25 HP. Standard construction is cast iron with the Stainless Steel 304 impeller and Viton elastomer mechanical seal. These rugged pumps range from 18-350 CFM and span across a wide selection of vacuum levels for long-lasting and accurate service. NES NCC vacuum pumps are performance tested and include a 1-year warranty.

    NRV Series Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

    NRV Series – Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps

    NRV pumps are a line of oil circulated rotary vane vacuum pumps, perfect for smaller applications. The pumps function by utilizing the sealing features of oil around the pump chamber to seal incoming gases between a series of vanes on its rotor. A key characteristic here are the vanes that are pushed against the pump chamber by springs or hydraulic pressure. The vanes move in and out of the rotor during operation of the pump. The oil is spread around the pump chamber by the vanes, and this completes the seal of the pump chamber.
