NES Blow-Through Rotary Airlock Valves keep pneumatic systems efficient by maintaining pressure and minimizing air loss during discharge. Their blow-through design uses air assist to reduce buildup and keep material moving smoothly. Standard models come in cast iron with optional metallurgies available such as stainless steel 304 and 316. Bore sizes range from 6” to 18” [150 mm to 450 mm] with six to ten-vane rotors available. Operating at 20–30 RPM, these valves handle up to 15 psi differential pressure and 482°F [250°C]. Replaceable wear parts and adjustable purge ports keep maintenance simple and downtime short.
