NES Company Inc. is proud to offer our NTC Series Two Stage Single Cone Vacuum Pump as a drop-in replacement for the Nash classic TCM and TC series vacuum pumps. This series covers ranges of 20-150 HP and 350-2800 CFM, reaching up to 28.5” Hg of vacuum. All NES NTC two stage single cone vacuum pumps are factory performance tested and come with a 2 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
We have directly interchangeable parts with the NASH Classic TCM/TC.

These pumps are designed as drop-in replacements of Flowserve SIHI LPH two-stage vacuum pumps with a low maintenance, simple and reliable design capable of handling a variety of gasses over a wide range of suction pressures. All NES NTS two-stage port-plate liquid ring vacuum pumps are factory performance tested and have a two-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
We have directly interchangeable parts with the Flowserve SIHI LPH.

Condensate Pumps
Our horizontal pumps offer a high quality economical solution for in-line applications such as chilled water systems, cooling towers, circulators, washer and booster, etc. These single-stage centrifugal pumps are fitted with threaded suction and are among the most reliable, efficient, and cost effective in the industry. These pumps are available in capacities of 0-37 GPM and discharge pressure of 10-40 PSIG. Our horizontal pumps are designed to operate efficiently up to 200 °F. Motors and mechanical seals are rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. Higher temperature units are available upon request. Pumps are designed using centrifugal technology to operate efficiently at high temperatures and have excellent debris and water contamination resistance.

NRB Series – Roots-Type Blowers

These three-lobe design single units can reach a pressure of 1034 mbarg and vacuum of 339 mbar with the ability for both compressive and vacuum effects. NES NRB Series blowers boast a high rotation speed, lowering the temperature of the process gas and extending the life of the blower’s components. The NRB Series is available from 220 to 9300 CFM and 4 to 400 HP.
