  • ISP Series (Dual-Wrap Dry Scroll Pumps) – Designed for high-performance, deep vacuum applications, the ISP Series operates efficiently across its entire vacuum range. With up to 42.4 CFM capacity and an ultimate vacuum of 0.0075 Torr, these pumps are ideal for accelerator synchrotron evacuation, cryogenic equipment fore-pumping, and other deep vacuum processes.
  • DVSL & GVSU Series (Single-Wrap Dry Scroll Pumps) – Engineered for general industrial applications, these pumps offer a clean, dry, and reliable alternative to dry vane and oil-flooded rotary vane pumps. With capacities up to 18.5 CFM and vacuum levels as low as 0.26 Torr (DVSL) and 3.8 Torr (GVSU), they are well-suited for pick-and-place, degassing, and vacuum packaging.

NES offers a range of models, including ISP-50, 90, 250, 500, 1000, DVSL-100, 500, 501, and GVSU-500. All Anest Iwata dry scroll vacuum pumps come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects for added peace of mind.
