NES Drop-Through Rotary Airlock Valves provide precise and efficient material handling in pneumatic conveying and metering applications. The drop-through design allows gravity-assisted material flow while preventing air leakage and maintaining system pressure. The standard version features cast iron or stainless steel (304/316) construction, bore sizes from 6” to 18” [150 mm to 450 mm], and six to ten-vane rotors. These valves handle up to 15 psi differential pressure and 482°F [250°C] operating conditions with 20-30 RPM rotational speeds. Designed for reliability and durability, they include replaceable wear components and adjustable air purge connections. Industries such as food processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, and bulk material handling rely on these valves for consistent, controlled product flow in demanding applications.
