All NES NTS two-stage port-plate liquid ring vacuum pumps are factory performance tested and have a two-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.

Blow-Through Rotary Airlock Valves
NES Blow-Through Rotary Airlock Valves boost pneumatic conveying efficiency with an integrated air-assist that improves discharge and flow consistency. Available in cast iron or stainless steel, these valves suit demanding environments across food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries. Bore sizes range from 6” to 18” [150 mm to 450 mm], with six to ten-vane rotors for control.
These robust valves handle up to 15 psi differential pressure and 482°F [250°C], making them ideal for high-flow material handling systems. -

NES Company Inc. offers the NP Series liquid ring vacuum pumps. With dual-cone, single-stage design, the NP Series is capable of reaching up to 24.5” of Hg in vacuum and 3,500 to 22,400 CFM. NES Company Inc. NP Series vacuum pumps are designed and manufactured to be bolt-in replacements of the Nash Classic Premier Series liquid ring vacuum pumps, renowned for their efficiency. NP Series pumps maintain the highest average CFM/HP ratio among large pumps, including the Nash Classic 904/905 and CL Series vacuum pumps. The difference is in the design of the inlet and outlet. Using a 45-degree angled inlet, the pump is optimized for high-velocity, high-capacity flow processes that require a maximum of 24.5″HgV. Constructed in standard cast iron with optional metallurgies available, the NP Series liquid ring vacuum pumps are factory performance-tested and include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
