These pumps are designed as drop-in replacements of Flowserve SIHI LPH two-stage vacuum pumps with a low maintenance, simple and reliable design capable of handling a variety of gasses over a wide range of suction pressures. All NES NTS two-stage port-plate liquid ring vacuum pumps are factory performance tested and have a two-year warranty against manufacturer’s defects.
We have directly interchangeable parts with the Flowserve SIHI LPH.

Our NCC cast iron close-coupled vacuum pumps are the economical choice for small single stage close-coupled liquid ring vacuum pumps. These models are designed as drop-in replacements for Siemens 2BV series, Tuthill A series, and Dekker DV B-K series from 2-25 HP. Standard construction is cast iron with the Stainless Steel 304 impeller and Viton elastomer mechanical seal. These rugged pumps range from 18-350 CFM and span across a wide selection of vacuum levels for long-lasting and accurate service. NES NCC vacuum pumps are performance tested and include a 1-year warranty.

Our high efficiency close-coupled liquid ring NHF Series vacuum pumps are an excellent choice, producing up to 40% more capacity per horsepower. These new premium 50-120 CFM vacuum pumps are coupled to high efficiency 3-7.5 HP IEC frame motors and have been designed from the ground-up to be interchangeable with Nash classic AHF and MHF series pumps. NES NHF series vacuum pumps are factory tested and include a 1-year warranty.

NDRV Series – Dry Running Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps – Small Capacity
NES Company proudly introduces our NDRV dry-running single-stage compact rotary vane vacuum pump series. The series comes in capacities from 4-17 CFM and vacuum levels up to 27” Hg. The carbon vanes are designed for a smooth replacement process and are built sturdy. The dry running feature of the pump minimizes environmental impact by voiding the risk of oil contamination of process gasses and waste gas discharge. NRV Series – Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps
NRV pumps are a line of oil circulated rotary vane vacuum pumps, perfect for smaller applications. The pumps function by utilizing the sealing features of oil around the pump chamber to seal incoming gases between a series of vanes on its rotor. A key characteristic here are the vanes that are pushed against the pump chamber by springs or hydraulic pressure. The vanes move in and out of the rotor during operation of the pump. The oil is spread around the pump chamber by the vanes, and this completes the seal of the pump chamber.

NTRV Series – Oil Circulated Two Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps
NES Company Inc. introduces our latest line of rotary vane vacuum pumps, the NTRV oil circulated two stage rotary vane vacuum pump series. These small pumps are able to generate levels of vacuum up to 1×10-3 torr at flow rates between 2 and 64 CFM and 0.16 to 60 HP. The NTRV Series is meticulously machined and carefully crafted for tight tolerances resulting in low noise and low vibration designs that create a safe and comfortable environment for both pump and operator.

Steel & Cast Iron Condensate Units
Our NES steel and cast iron condensate vacuum pump units are low entry cost and are built with our standard high quality bronze centrifugal pumps. Our 60,000 EDR condensate vacuum units are assembled using industry standard electric motors making our systems the best long term value in the industry. This allows our customers to easily make repairs using standard off the shelf components. The result is significant cost savings over the life of the unit. Each unit consists of a receiver tank coupled to one (simplex systems) or two (duplex systems) liquid condensate pumps.
